Default I have a stalling issue/idle

I did a search and found a bunch of info but not the same problem as me...
My Jeep runs, starts and drives good.. At idle its isnt glass smooth but nothing serious, the tach needle moves just slightly up and down but nothing real bad.. It drives fine but I have noticed every once and a while I get a little hiccup like u turn the key off/on.. You feel it when driving slow sometimes and if your not on the gas or idling at a stop light or drivethru it will actually die.. Starts right back up... This happened 3 times in the drivethrew today and once at a stoplight but I cruised all last night and it may have happened once all night and never died.. Seems like it just losses spark for a second.. No coughing/sputtering.. no issues restarting.. doesnt matter hot or cold except hi idle when cold so it doesnt do it as bad cause rpm's are up... No popping
I have ran injector cleaner threw a tank or two, replaced cap, rotor, and plugs.. Wires look original but they were not in stock and this doesnt seem like a wire issue unless coil wire. I have some mechanical knowledge but not a mechanic.. The Jeep has 130,000 miles and is a 5.2.. I get 12 and 55 codes which are recent battery disconnect and end of codes..
Any help or ideas, thanks in advance!

Well... I ran a can of seafoam threw and it seems to have done the trick.. I think I will run another threw this weekend just for good measures.. Syuff is like 10 bucks a can tho!! I also have replaced the plugs as I mentioned before and I used Autolight regulars... Think I should go with Champions (never been a big fan!) I read how Chryslers love them!

I've never used sea-foam so I have no opinion on that
I only use Champion's in my 5.2L and have never had a problem with them.
