Default how to remove this (steering shaft)

Hi, i need to remove this, its looks like it one tube that goes in to a litle larger tube so i should have been able to push it in and then removed it, correct?? I have taken out the screw/bolt, but its still not possible to push it in, i can move it some mm, but it looks like the tubes are stuck togheter.

That is designed only to move in a crash. There's probably a burr on the inner shaft caused by the lock bolt. Use a little more force.
