Default Hood Release Cable Tip?

Hi gang,
The little clip on the tip of the release cable on my WJ has worn out. Does anyone know if this is a part (see pic below) that can be purchased somewhere? Or even better, any easier solutions?
I'd hate to buy a whole new cable just for this one tiny part!

thanks guys!
Jason

Try a motorcycle shop. They usually have all the stuff to make custom cables. An end shouldn't be a problem.

You can buy the whole cable for like $20 on ebay. I think you'll spend almost that much trying to fix your current one.

I think I'd rather just replace the end than remove/replace the entire cable. But that's me!

Too soft. Why are we making a mountain out if a simple fix?
