Cool Hi Folks, Newbie here

workin thru some problems with my recently aquired `97 G C Ltd. W/ 5.2 auto. The Jeep runs great, but I find myself wading through a varied assortment of fun little projects. First was brakes- does the term "dam thing won`t stop" mean anything to you? Brakes are done! Next on the list: Overhead console. No Biggie, Done! Then my beautiful Dana 44 started acting like the north end of a south bound jackass. Several hundred dollars and gallons of sweat and blood later, I now have a very nice quiet, well behaved Dana, that is ready to go.
Now. for the head-scratchers Alas, the famous jeep electrical trouble: Interior lights stay on when switched off. I`ve checked all the doors. I found in the right front door a missing wire going to the key lock switch. the connector is destroyed, Anybody know where I can aquire one of those? Thanks Guys

Id think your local pull a part would be a good cheap place to start.

Default overhead console

Hi, thanks for the inquiry.
The overhead console I`m refering to is the one in the JGC LTD. It holds the lights, the computer (for the gauges), the overhead lights for the back seat area, and maybe a place to store sunglasses? It`s roughly 3ft. long, and 8in. wide.... I don`t know if I can help you, but if you will explain your problem, I`ll give it my best shot. Oh, sorry about the delay, been out of town. Lookin` to hear from you.
