I just got my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and all was working fine. One of my buddys went out to look at it and left the interior lights on and killed the battery, I just noticed since then that my Tach needle is now under the stop. When I shut it off the needle falls low and after start up it bounces up against the bottom of the stop. Hopefully this makes sense. Anyone know how fo fix this issue??? Thanks in advance.

dont worry you just have a really low idle

Not postitive but i would think that the GC has electrically operated tach (i have no tach so not sure) My temp gauge sometimes shoots all the way down or all the way up when the wire going through the firewall gets the rubber stripped off a little and it grounds out. could be your problem, but im just guessin here

Pull out the instrument cluster, take off the clear front, and push it around backwards with your finger. Put it back together and say, "that was easy!"
