my girlfriend has a 2000 grand cherokee and is having some issues:

1: in the middle of the night we will see her lights going off: the ones that blink when you lock the doors...this is completely weird and she has never noticed it before....has anybody ever heard or dealt with this issue....

2. the auto trans went and her dad spend a couple thousand to get a "new" one put in... now when you barely hit the gas you hear a grinding from under the car???

3. the other day she was driving and hit the gas and the car just would not go at all... i dont have alot of details about this because i was not there but she turned the car off and back on and it was fine.... im going to check the tranny fluid...
