Help! Smells like gas

I have a 2002 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0 and lately I have been smelling gas inside the cab, I have found the source but not sure what the part is called or if its something I can replace, if anyone could help me out and point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I noticed gas dripping from the silver cap in the picture(located on the fuel rail)

IDK man, unless it's a new style cover for the shraeder pressure test port. I haven't looked close enough to my WJ to tell, but the one on my 97 ZJ just had a black plastic screw cap on it. If that's what it is, it has a tire type valve in it and can be replaced. DO NOT USE a tire valve. They don't work well with gasoline.
