Default Help misfire and airbag light

Hey guys,

How are you all doing? My car started to misfire (like stalling) highly. The problem started when yesterday when I was heading home after a 10 minute of driving, my car showed the airbag light as I was stopping for a speed bump, after the speed bump, my car was misfiring(like stalling) and I couldn't go over 40% without it misfiring. I decided to go full throttle and it didn't misfire, but when I got of the throttle the car throwed some fire like it was very rich. After 1/4 mile I stopped for something the airbag light disappeared, then as I was starting to drive, the horn went on for half a second. I got to a turn the horn went on again. I was near the house, saw my friend stopped and talked to him for 15 sec then I started driving near my driveway the horn went on non stop. I disconnected the horn from the fuse box + airbag's fuse. I went for a drive still boggs and misfires.

Sorry for my bad English. I mean by misfire it boggs like stalling.

My setup:
4.0 XJ 1998 GCC spec not American spec. Fully stock with custom long headers, 3 inch test pipe no filters, 3 inch Flowmaster and 3" pipe. I don't know if the car was tuned but it only runs on 95 and boggs with 91.

Please help me I need my car for tomorrow I have an offroad picnic.

My car showed me the check engine light after I removed the fuses. Now I have the fuses back, ticking sounds comes from the passenger side fuse box.

With those symptoms (post #1) I think it's a defective Clockspring.
