Default Battery drain problem 95 ZJ

I was getting a 4 amp drain from fuse #8 15 amp. It controls the Overhead Console, Keyless Entry, Radio memory, Clock memory, Chime module, Power locks, Power Mirrors, HEVAC, and VIC. After removing the fuse I am getting a .38 amp drain which is probably acceptable. Please help me out you bunch of Geniuses..... Now.....there is a clicking sound under the passenger side dash when the fuse is removed and the battery is connected. Update. I removed the offending "clicking" relay under the glovebox. Amp drain is now .38....much better. The a/c still works. I have read something about replacing this relay still not fixing the problem....? PS...is a .38 amp drain acceptable? It is sure better than 4 amps!

Most amp draws should be below .05 amps (or 500 milliamps)

IDK about the 95 but I had probs with mine, not 'going to sleep' and the alarm wouldn't set, turned out to be the key switches on the front door locks broken. junk yard item. When the vehicle shuts off the body control module 'goes to sleep' in stages, taking (I forget exactly) on the order of 45 seconds to check things, as it does the current drain hops lower a couple times until its on the order of 18mA . It wasn't reaching final stage and had current draw similar to yours.

Check your Power Draw relay... forget which one it is but if you remove it, the accessories can't draw power when the ignition is off... had that problem on my old '94 ZJ.
