just put a rebuild kit in 95 5.2 46rh 4x4 tranny. I've loved it for 16 years. 130,000 & it stopped going fwd, looked like OD clutch burned! we do trailer a boat occasionally. only experience is one previous success on my wifes 96 2x2 6cyl. Here in st. croix usvi it is difficult to find trust worthy tranny people so i could use help! just finished road test.works on all 3 fwd & OD. when i put it in rev stalls. now stalls in drive. at first it did not. RPM 750. Warmed it up in garage, checked all gears shut down and topped all fluids then started up & drove on test. new front band snug, back off 2 3/4 turn per book. original rear band no adjustment done. no pressure checks yet, must buy test kit. any ideas?
