Heater Problems
I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2wd with 4.0. The heat will only get hot hot if I am pushing the gas pedal. If I let off of it it cools down. I have flushed the heater core and changed the thermostat already... any ideas. My heater core is not leaking.

It probably has something to do with vacuum. Water flow thru the heater shouldn't be related to throttle settings. I've been told my WJ is unusual because my heater's blend door is still working at 145K. I do have an intake door problem however. The heater leaks heat when shut off. Not nice in the summer because my A/C doesn't work!
