Headlight and Turn Signal Problem
My daughter has an 03 Grand Cherokee. The other day she tells me one of the turn signals isn't working. Here is what I found.
With the headlights on the driver side rear signal light is on. When the left turn signal is activated it flashes rapidly. If the headlights are off the signal flashes at a normal rate. Again, if the turn signal is not activated the amber light is constantly on.
After reading up on the possible problem I replaced the signal module under the dash. It seemed like it was fixed. I looked to see if the rear light was still on and I didn't think it was, but in hind sight it may have been because it was bright and sunny.
Last night my daughter came in and said that it was doing the same thing, but now the driver side headlight is malfunctioning. The headlight bulbs are barely lighting up. I swapped a bulb and it didn't change a thing.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
