I recently had a set of gibson headers installed but now when engine is cold i hear a ticking from the header that goes away when the engine warms up. Are headers supposed to tick or could it be a leak. The shop said it sealed fine.

You got a leak someplace. Snug up all of the bolts, but don't over do it and break them, then see if there is any change.

IN TROUBLE
I tried to tighten the header bolts and as soon as I touched the first bolt closest to front end, it snapped half the bolt is inside. Has anyone dealt with this before??? It doesnt look like I have enough room to drill it out

calm down
there are ways to get that out without it being a big head ache.
easy out will probly work and dont let the same shop put that header back on. I would do it yourself and use a torq wrench so you know its on right.
