I've got a 2004 grand Cherokee limited all wheel drive what it will do it start to vibrate, like a bad u joint but there not bad the steering will shake a little bit round 60. It will also sound like a set of rumble strips every now and then. Steering will pull a little left when I hit a puddle that I think could be ball joints possibly going bad. Any input would be helpful.

Have the tires inspected and balanced. Pulling while going through a puddle is pretty normal depending on how deep the puddle is.
When I bought mine I had the same problem. Mine has a long travel kit on it and I thought u-joints but they were good. What I found was this. I forgot what they are called but where front and rear drive shafts meet the transfer case there are actually two u joints close together in a device that helps take the stress off the angle of drive shafts on lifted rides. This thing actually has a ball and pin type guide in the middle of it that has to be greased with a needle type greaser. It will wear out and on mine at 60 mph it felt like something was about to explode. I found someone to rebuild those and it took all the vibration out and it drove sweet after that. Hope that helps.
