Has Anyone Purchased Stuff From "Kolak"?
So on the other forum everyone mentions this guy who basically gets pretty good prices on items and will put lift kits together for you based on your needs and requirements.
I was considering going this route, but after all the headaches I'm having with my stereo system (I've been sent TWO defective units on my dime!) I'm really not about to mess with "back alley deals" to save a few pennies on the dollar.
I wanted to put together a comprehensive list for a reliable, daily driven, mostly highway mile vehicle.
The purpose for my lift is to do some light south florida trails and to cross streets that flood out. I don't need anything crazy.
I was looking at the IRO kits and was told if I bought through Kolak he would not only get the parts cheaper but that I'll end up getting better quality shocks and springs.
BS?

I'm not sure about his pricing on lift kits. He probably can get discounts on IRO stuff though. Becoming a dealer for them is not hard to do at all. IRO offers discounts based on how many lifts kits you sell a year.
I purchased motor mounts from him for my 00 4.7L.
He is very knowledgable and friendly. I would purchase through him again.
I also talked to him about the "Kolak" exhaust that you hear about everywhere.
He is also on just about every Jeep related forum known to man. Probably more.
