Default grand cherokee laredo 4.7 v8
The motor bogs out every time I stop and the windshield steams up every time I turn on the heat and won't go away what can I do to fix these problems?

I hooked it up to a computer and it says a high voltage sensor or something like that I erased it and the check engine light keeps coming back on for the same reason
