grand cherekee orvis 1998 4litre
my heater switchs work on my seats but their is no heat i do not no were the fuses are i got big fuses under bonnet and little fuses in side by my right leg PLEASE HELP its getting cold on my ***

It is cavity J, which is the top one of the three circuit breakers in a vertical row in the center of the fuse box, above the section of small fuses.
If you have power seats and they still work I'd say your problem is the heater grid in the seat is broken, and needs to be repaired/replaced. Some have successfully soldered a broken spot in the grid after disconnecting it and removing the seat cover and grid. I'd rather find a replacement. JMO
