Grand cherokee heater blower

Grand cherokee heater blower
I have a 2003 grand cherokee 4.7 l limited RHD. The heater works, when i turn the blower to Hi you can hear the blower but there is no pressure / force coming from the vents. Any ideas. Many thanks Paul
