Fix it?

Find the component that is worn.

Could be tie rod ends, bushings, ball joints etc.

Get under there and see whats going on. We can't do everything for you over the internet.

Track bar bushing and control arm bushings are most likely shot.

^^Those look fun.

Seriously tho, the faulty component should be fairly easy to spot if you get a buddy to turn the wheel all the way back and forth, lock to lock, while you examine all the suspension and steering parts.

Like others have said, it could be the body side trac bar attachment point. If you see play there while the steering wheel is turned its bad.

Also look at where the steering links meet. Any play, replace them.

Do not forget about the wheel bearings. Most overlooked item.
