Front wheel rotation stiffens on turns

Front wheel rotation stiffens on turns
I have a 1993 Grand Cherokee. After the Jeep is driven ten or more miles the front wheels want to lock up and become difficult to rotate in any type of turn, especially at low speeds parking reverse and forward. Does anyone have an idea of what to look for? Local mechanic and Chrysler were no help.
