are my hubs still locked even if i not in 4wd cause when i turn sharp i feel it skid on the pavement...how do i get it unstuck

 

Stock axle? No locking hubs.

 

ohh it feels like its still engaged almost the tires didnt skid on the pavement b4 it snow and they do now and im in 2wd

 

check your brakes,are they in good shape or they really worn?

 

mine got stuck on as well after the first snow. i found a long parking lot and reversed the truck, not sure if that's the prefered method with gc's but it unstuck mine

 

It is the transfer case that gets stuck not the hubs. I sometimes have to back up on mine to get it to unlock but it is rare. I think I read in the owners manual to back up a little to unlock, I'll have to dig out my owners manual to find out.
