6 or 8 cylinder? There are kits to turbo charge and supercharge a 4.0, just google it.

505 performance has turbo kits for cherokees and wranglers. Not sure for the grand cherokee though. They do both turbo and superchargers along with custom work. If your interested contact them (505)333-2600. Zach is great to do business with. I love the performance gain on my wrangler that came from it.

Of course you can turbo or supercharge. All it takes is smarts or money, the more you have of one, the less you need of the other...

http://www.avengersuperchargers.com/

Now I see that they're designed for TJs and YJs, but it could be adapted to work on a ZJ I'm sure.

Will I have to modify anything to be able to handle the power or will my engine be able to handle it?

Horsepower isn't cheap. A header can cost anywheres from $0 on up to hundreds with minimal power gains. This is a "bolt on" 100hp.

I had to replace the valve cover gasket this weekend cuz the previous owner didn't change it from wen it was made and wat was left of it crumbled like a cookie. It caused alot of problems to cuz I have caked on oil all over my engine and it got oil in my air intake, air filter and not to mention it only took a couple weeks to drain all my oil after an oil change and that one gaskets cost me 50 bucks.
