I have a 98 zj that didn’t come with stock fog lights. I got a pair of stock fogs and a stock switch with the fog light button from a junk yard. I put new bulbs in and install everything. The lights aren’t turning on, is there a fuse that I need to install? What am I missing here?

 

Well in an XJ there is a relay and I think a fuse in the PDC.
When the XJ does not have fog lights from the factory those slots are open.
And most times there are not even any terminals in those slots.
My understanding is that a ZJ has the connectors up front for the fog lights whether it came from the factory with them or not.
So thinking you need to either look at the lid, hopefully it is marked, or find a diagram of your PDC to see what you are missing.
