Fan blows no cold :(
94 ZJ. The fan blows, the heater works, but the A/C dosen't. I can have it on AC with the fan blowing but its just fan air not cold at all.

Hard to give an estimate without knowing what part(s) if any need to be replaced. Could be $100 or could be $1000+
Best case (but unlikely), the system has just leaked down over the last 19 years and needs a charge. Can do that for less than $100.
