Found a clip stuck to the magnet in the transmission pan. 1 wondering where the hell it goes lol . 2 would the clip be the reason. for it not staying park? I wish I could post a pick its about a 1in u clip info pleaze

 

There shouldn't be a "clip" floating around in the pan. It is probably is why you can't stay in park. Get a junk yard trans.

 

Would the shift solenoid have an effect on trans locking into park? That clip goes somewhere ....I Don't buy I Make or Fix myself
