1997 jgc laredo flickering dashlights /headlights
for all those that figured this out ,thanks...
1-remove screws from drivers side dash
remove trim,etc,access headlight switch,unplug
spray with electric contact cleaner, dry with compressed air
grease the switches(dielectric grease)
check solder points for hairline cracks, etc
if necessary heat w/soldering iron and reseat solder
install in reverse
works like a freakin charm..thanks guys

Could you post a link to the specific thread as I can't seem to find it.
I addition to the flickering, if I shut off the A/C blower and stereo, there is a soft buzzing sound when the instrument panel lights dim that I believe to be arcing, alhough I can't smell any acrid scents. Has anyone else noticed this symptom?
Thank you.
