how to adjust cam bolts?
Is there some nice diy video or writeup on adjusting the cam bolts (lower controlarm front bolt)? I have the service manual, but something more for dummies would have been nice :-)
I will replace the controlarms (bolts and everything) and have 1" lift (OME) so i think i need to adjust them and not only use the same settings as they are in now, or?

These cam bolts are used to set the caster angle of the front end. You need an alignment machine to do it right. The caster should be 7* plus or minus 1/2 *

i know that, but there must have been some smart guy that have some diy info on this. I dont think you need a fancy machine, it must be possible to adjust the caster with help of something. the 7 +-0,5 is ok when some professional do it, but on a old car with worn bushings and other things, then the caster is maybe 7 +-4 or something?

In that case, put them back where they were. Caster is what keeps the vehicle going straight with hands off the wheel. Not enough, and it tends to wander, too much and it gets hard to steer. Your choice.
