I have a 1998 Grand Cherokee laredo that is having multiple electrical issues. The lights on the dash dim in and out for no apparent reason. Also, today after a jump start because I left the blinker on for a few hours, when I turned the vehicle off and removed the keys the heater continued to run and the domes lights stayed on, after putting the keys back in and turning on to off [took a couple tries], I got them to turn off. Later it was the radio, heater, dome lights and another time it was the headlights that came back on and the radio that stayed on after I removed the key. Also the power locks don't work with the keyless entry or the door lock butttons driver or passenger side. I have no idea where to start. I know I need new o2 sensors. I checked the fuses. I tried disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery. Any help or suggestions would be awesome, Thanks.

 

You have a short somewhere would be my guess.

 

My guess is the lock cylinder has gone bad.
