Electric fan motor and cooling fans
i had my electric fan motor and cooling fan motor replaced. I noticed a sound the next day when I shut off my 2004 JGrand Laredo it shut off but made a sound for about 2-3 seconds and it also my engine light came on 5 weeks later and it was my idle air control which was replaced less than a year and a half ago. While driving my jeep is vibrating even after I turn it off for a second or two? How long does a brand new idle air control last and is it true that sometimes the jeep will only work with a Jeep brand idle air control? I'm lost and being taken advantage I believe. I replaced the IAC with 2 "generic " they did not work the mechanic said so I needed the Jeep brand. This was within 1-1/12 week. Please Help,,,,

Also on my invoice it says Electric Fan Motor (where necessary, application listed by Fan,Motor &Shroud Assembly I.D. Number) which has no numbers only under Cooling Fan Motor it says; Diagnose engine overheating. Symptom; Engine is overheating (steam, losing coolant, pressure relief at radiator cap or recovery system. Now I turned my truck and did not start I had it towed to his shop. Thank you. To anyone who replays to this,,,
