Default electical short

I have a 95' Cherokee that I just love. It has developed an odd problem this week that has me perplexed. I drove to the market everything is fine. I go to start the car again and nothing (no electrical at all). I turn the key off and on a couple times and then it starts right up. This has happenned twice now. THe last time I popped the hood and looked at the engine (thinking I could will it to fix itself) wiggled the battery cable went in the car and it started up. The battery is like 6 months old.

Any ideas and how I can track down the problem? I'm assuming it is a short of somekind.

Try this http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoStarterClean.htm or

Go to autozone and have them test it.
