I have a '98 ZJ CSI. I recently replaced the alternator and battery. The radio is wired properly, but does not shut down when the ignition is off. Also all four door control panels stay illuminated. The battery dies overnight. I have tried to use the factory SM to trace the circuits running into the ignition switch, but it is useless. Before buying a new switch, I am wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem. Neither the cigar lighter nor the V.I.C. are working, but the Acc. outlet does. I am not arming the alarm system.
