My 2000 Grand Cherokee seems to reset the door mirrors to a default setting every time I turn the ignition off so I then have to reset them to suit me every time I start the car again and my owners manual is all written in Portuguese so I can't understand a word of it!

I'm sure there's a way to set them up so they stay as I want them but just can't work out what I need to do to achieve that.

Can anyone advise please?

 

My 2000 Grand Cherokee owner's manual says nothing about a default setting and it's written in English. All it states is how to use the 4-way switch and center off button.
