I've got the same problem. For me, it's my light switch box. The unit that has the headlight switch and interior light switch. The contacts on my box are all dirty and need to be cleaned. Take the box out and take it apart if you can and clean the contacts off. If it's not that it may be a bad wire. Or you can just replace the box altogether for between $70-$85.

you can resolder all soldering points inside headlight switch/panel. and you need to clean contacts of slider too. it worked for me. give it a try.
