Dash lights cutting out

Dash lights cutting out
Got a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee the dash lights are cutting in and out they flicker all of them that turn on with the dimmer/light switch at night? Could my dimmer switch be going bad? There plugged in good in the back I checked the connections i attached video

Yeah, your dash light switch has the bad solder problems that plague all jeeps. You can just replace it or take it apart and re-solder all the connections. Should cure it.
