Default Damnit... 98 marker lense

Took hitting two upulls this am to find a front lower marker lense for my 98 ZJ. Only found one..

Get it home and the bulb socket cutout is different... damnit. I really dont want to swap the bulb socket and swap to the older style bulbs.

I know one of the yards that I hit have a few 98's, they only charge $5 for them, I can pull them for you next weekend while I'm there if you want them.

A little bead of RTV.. this only needs to be temporary till i stumble on the correct lense. I did see a plastic weld kit at HF and always wondered what i could use it for, it may have done a better job at this. I'll be grabbing it next time..

That weld kit works AWESOME. I used it on a radiator a few years ago and AFAIK, the car is still going

Got it all back together today.. went well till i popped the headlight back on it's studs. Broke the adjuster at the top...

Looks like i need to pull the entire grill and header panel to repair it.. if i can even find the part.

Anyone know if these are available? Upper pass side adjuster..

Your looking at the parking lamp lense that i just got and modified to fit.. although i didnt know they were that cheap!

I broke the headlight adjuster.. they dont have them. Through a search at JF i found that the dealership may have them, or you can currently get them through Kolak who i PM'd.

Thanks though..

Heres a pic of the adjusters, the plastic pieces in the center of each are two piece that clip together.. the clips get brittle and break. These are for my 98.. earlier years have a different style.

All this just to replace a bulb and headlight clip.
