It's hard to tell from the video sound (because of the wind). Did you check the suspension yet? Have you done rear brakes or checked the driveshafts yet? Is the noise on one side or both?
Half of diagnosing is sliding under the vehicle, and looking for leaks, rub marks, missing pieces, broken things. Stop by your local auto parts store, buy a creeper and decent fluorescent shop light that you can take under the Jeep with you, and slide under that Jeep. You should see something happening in the rear suspension based on that noise.
Don't put it off. Check it out as soon as you can. Those types of noises can be warning signs that something shifted, and can major problems if not handled quickly.

i brought it into my shop at school and i was lookign and nothing looks like its missing or bent or leaking. I just was in a parking lot and was looking at the wheel as i turned and it almost looks liek its locking. its on both sides if i turn right its on the right if i turn left its on the left. im going out right now to check the rear brakes

only thing i see that could be causing the problem. but why would it happen only after driving for a long time?

Is it really a creaking sound, or does it have a rotational quality to it, like a whir that matches your speed?
And is this the 91 or 95, Cherokee or Grand?
And how do your shocks look? Did you try the bumper test?

its probably your spring creaking, those shocks look old ide replace them even if they were still fine. new shocks will give you a much nicer ride. like stated befoer it is not a low diff check your brakes... also listen to eva and try the bumper test as well as push on the side to rock it back and forth, if it creaks then its either a spring or a shick, not a brake issue.

The only thing I really can't explain if it's springs is why it's doing it after driving for a while. But I agree- replacing the shocks is a good idea.

Well today I drve on the highway and guess what! As soon an I made my first turn it was creeking like crazy sounds like a creek and rub. Sounds like woo wooo woo wooo. Could it be that the gear oil lost its viscosity and when it gets hot its like water? Idk I'm just guessing. Does that even sound legit?

I had asked about brakes more because I wanted to know about the wheel bearings- if they have been replaced at any time. Do you know the history on your GC?
