If I don't hear tha know it wont start....when I hear it engage she works like a charm...when it doesn't. I don't hav spark or fuel....????? I've changed the cps on th bell housing tried to bypass the fuel pump but still nothing .......any suggestions??? Oh btw do this year jeep come with an alarm....I've noticed clifford alarm almosts looks like a kill switch underneath the dash...do you think it might be related to this issue???... any answers would be greatly appreciated...Thx

An engine needs 3 things to run (back to the basics)
Fuel
Air
Spark
Your job is to figure out which of the 3 it is not getting.
Dont worry about the air, there is a 100% chance, its getting air.
Pull a plug wire and stick a screw driver in the end of it. Hold it close to metal, is there a spark?
That leaves fuel.

Sounds most like a failing CKP (Crank Pos. Sensor), try disconnecting it, and reconnecting it and see if it starts. IF it does, then that is at least one of your problems. A mech. fuel gauge on the fuel rail will tell you if you are getting good pressure as well.

I headed for the basics.
Air and Spark ok? Check for fuel pressure. Got fuel pressure I would have headed for the injector pulse. Elimination..............
Bottom line is the engine takes 3 things Air, Spark, Fuel. If you have all 3, its running.
