Default Computer Reset ??

hey all,

I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.0L. If you have to disconnect the battery to clear a code, will it run a little funny for a day or two to get it to set itself to the engine again?

When I did this, it was running fine before, just had to clear a o2 senor code 21. After the battery was re-connected I noticed the idle was a little low at start-up. I had the A/C running and it almost seemed to want to die out a few times.. like it needed more RPM's. Normally, when it's cold it'll idle a bit higher until warm-up, but it didn't do that.

any suggestions??
Thanks in advance

correct. it reprograms it self. it sets upper and lower fuel trims too. it takes 2 or 3 warm up periods to learn.
