Cold air passenger side under dash
I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it keeps blowing out a lot of cold air out from under my dash. It does this even with the heater on its highest setting. The air comes in once I hit speed of about 40. Help it's so cold

Check the gasket where the antenna lead comes into the cabin. It's next to the blower motor behind the kick panel. Also the rubber cover around the wire bundle from the door switches. Both are right next to each other.
