My 04 wj is spitting this code, " no crank reference signal at pcm, no reference signal(crankshaft position sensor), detected during engine cranking". this is what my jeeps code says, my 4.0 won't start, when I turn key I get one click and that's it. Anyone have idea what to look for after cps, I just changed the sensor.

 

Start by replacing your battery cable ends. If all you get is one click, the starter isn't getting the amperage it needs. The CPS won't put out a signal until it senses the flywheel turning. No CPS, no spark or fuel.
