Exclamation Check Engine Light On

Hey guys,
So i changed my exhaust the other day from the OEM system to a Dynomax cat-back system. Yesterday my check engine light came on, Could this be an issue resulting from me changing my exhaust?

thanks,
Nick

Did you remove the 02 sensor with a pair of pliers? Advance Auto will scan codes for free.

No, I dont think so, I just sawz-alled the pipe just forward of the original muffler.
And got that done just a minute ago, they said I had an Evap leak. Not sure what that means but could it be from the new exhaust?

Thanks for the quick reply

No, never do that, I apparently have to worry about getting rear ended and blowing up, so I cut that chance down and turn my car off.
