Change out spare for full size tire?

I just bought a 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited with the compact (narrower) spare tire under the cargo area. I'm wondering if you can fit a true full size tire with matching oem chrome rim in this spare compartment and still close the cargo floor lid? Please advise... thanks!

I'm sorry if this has been a redundant thread question... I searched and could not find the answer.

thats a good question but i dont think theres a lot of people here with a 2011 GC, you could probly jack it up take one of the wheels off and see if it fits
