Look for a small hole somewhere on the face of the head unit near the opening where you insert the CD. If there is one, straighten out a paper clip and you can manually ejct the CD using that hole. Sometimes the face of the player has to come off to find the hole, (if player face comes off)

What he said the hole looks like a pin hole and can be anywhere around the cd slot.If you can't get it out you could take it to a audio shop but they will charge you a lil bit.

I guess it's like the old VHS video players. You get a tape stuck in those, you just open the case and loosen the top 2 screws on the carriage and it pops out. The CD players must have a release inside.

Which radio do you have? Can you post a pic or read a three-letter ID on the right side of the face of the radio (should be RAK, RAQ, REC, or REF)? I've heard the units, especially the six-disc changers, are known to fail. My dad has an '05 WK with the REC nav system and both the CD changer and the nav DVD-ROM slot are stuck. The screen's dead as well.
You're best off removing the radio, sometimes letting it sit will bring it back to life, or even disconnecting the battery for 10 mins (there is no code required to make the radio work again once power is restored to it). To remove the radio, place a pry tool (I use a flathead screwdriver) under the HVAC (air conditioner/heater) vents and under the radio, and then place your hands on the top rounded part of the center of the dashboard directly above the radio and pull out on the bezel to CAREFULLY release the spring clips holding the bezel in place. From there, remove 4 Philips-head screws holding the radio in place, pull the radio out, disconnect a few wiring harnesses by pressing in on the tabs securing them and pulling them out of the radio, the A/M-F/M radio antenna (you'll have to pull directly out on it since it "locks" into place), and the satellite radio antenna and GPS nav antenna plugs if you have them, and then reinstall the radio after letting it sit a few mins... if that doesn't work, your CD changer is most likely broken. As I said, I've heard they tend to fail.
