Default Camber issue... Cant fix!!!

So i got a 94 zj 5.5 inch long arm on 33's.. I had issues with tires leaning way in so assumed it was ball joints.. Gears where howling and had tons of axle issues front and rear.. So i bought 2 axles front and rear from another zj with ujoint shafts and only 112k. Everything looked great when installed so i figured it was good.. Today at work i noticed the damn tires leaning again.. Wtf??? The ball joints are fine. What else is there on solid axle that will cause camber issues?? The wheels are 10" wide and very very deep with 1/4 spacers.. I do need uca's to correct the pinion angle and level the perches. And today i noticed my axle is not exactly center.. Need to lenthen tb.. But would any of this actually cause this issue? Im getting frustrated.. Oh and it not all the time.. Sometimes they are right and sometimes they lean. I dont get it???

only thing that causes excess camber, are ball joints and wheel bearings, unless you happen to be bending tubes(i highly doubt). if everything on the front end is tight, then get some adjustable upper ball joints and have it aligned at a shop

Thanks for the help.. I think tomorrow i am goin to center my axle and shorten the lower arms the level the axle. Take out wheel spacers and brease ball joints... If that dont work then i will be investing in adjustable ball joints wich i imagine r costly.. I also thought maybe the offset on the wheels in wayy to much stress so lookinf into some rubicon wheels and tires

Take it to an alignment shop and have it checked out. If the toe is way out it can make it look like the camber is negitive.

You've got to center the load over the wheel bearings or destroy them. That's why stock wheels are offset to the inside. It puts the tire centerline (axle load) directly over the bearings. Remember the bearing centerline is about 3" inboard of the bolt flange. In the front, the axle stub is very short and only the bearing hub supports it. If you go to deep dish wheels for tire clearance, you are putting an awful lot of stress on the bearings.

Thanks for the input... I did the resposible thing and dropped it 2".. Took out the pucks.. The po must have added them to the exsisting lift and did nothing to corret it. Lethen tb and longer uca's.. The tb is ****ed and dont go any bigger and i have stock uca's so until i can upgrade i sit ariund 3.5 to 4" high lol.. I also took out wheel spacers.. Seems to all fit together right. I put in a 1.5" tcase drop bout a week ago and really improved it at this height.. Guess height aint everything. I dont mind missing 2" for now i guess lol
