"To Atmosphere" refers to the rollover valve on the tank. Fumes go from there to the EVAP cannister. Sitting without running, the fumes are stored, to be drawn through the lines after the engine is started.

The only one that goes under it, is the line that comes from the engine/throttle body to the evap canister. It connects from the engine to throttle body, back down under the climate line and forks off to the evap canister and something else on the right of the engine.

Okay. I have a question. Your '95 V8 is supposed to have the EGR system on the right rear of the intake & exhaust, with a solenoid that works off of vacuum lines. Is that still hooked up?

Okay, I found something else. This thread has a pic just like yours. Except on the T where yours is capped, he had a vacuum leak. That's for the line that goes through the firewall. Read this. In the pic of the rear of the ac control head, you can see where the missing line goes among the colored lines. He just needs a smaller line. http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums....php?p=4740095

Just gave it a read over. Basically, I need to take the cap off the "T", add a new vacuum line that will feed through the firewall to the backside of the dash, correct?
Are there any real detailed write ups for the '95 ZJ dash removal that you know of? - To get to those colored lines. Most of the ones I've seen aren't '95 v8 specific and can throw you for a curve ball lol.

Got the dash taken off, wasn't too bad.
Is this where the vacuum line from the "t" needs to plug in to?
Its directly underneath the big black air/heat box on the passenger side.
