Default Bushings on track bar

Does anyone have any tips on the best way to replace the bushings on the trac bar?

When I replaced the bushings in my rear track bar I used a dremmel with a drill bit and drilled a bunch of holes in the rubber until I was able to remove the center. Then I cut through the shell in two places and pulled it out. You could have a shop press them out, it would be way easier.

Got them out but the Kevin's off road kit doesn't fit, seems way too big... And when I got the two parts in the metal sleeve for the bolt isn't snug

Ok so here's the problem. The bushings actually fit nicely, but the sleeve for the bolt has play in it. How would I fix this issue?

Try getting a washer or two in between the bushings!

The bushing are fitting fine. The sleeve seems like its too small for the bushing, I need one that fits snug.
