My antenna broke off partway what's the cheapest way to fix and still get good service

 

I broke mine off in order to use it to pop the locks when I locked my keys in my jeep(98xj),replaced it with one from oreillys 10 or 15 bucks I think, maybe even less. Found that there are several sockets between the antenna and the stereo itself... Anyway, the socket closest to the antenna is located in the passenger side kick panel. Have fun

 

So if you unplug from there will the rest pull out from were antenna comes out

 

Yes with a little bit of guiding it through the rest of the wiring and gromet
