body roll
My 2004 Cherokee has a body roll which it seems is common for this vehicle, my husband replaced the shocks and also looked at the sway bars and other parts and nothing looks unusual or worn. Is there any one that has any suggestions as to how can fix it. The Jeep is not raised, and is taken off road only occasionally. My husband and sons are thinking something should be able to be done to decrease the amount of roll.

it could be many different "worn out" bolt holes. The bushings may still look good. Or you could lift it and use a stiffer suspension set up, and, depending on the height, would correct or worsen body roll.

There may be thicker aftermarket sway bars available, but they will be kind of pricey. Replacing the rubber sway bar bushings with polyurethane bushings will help some. Did it just start doing this?

There must be something wrong with the swaybars or links. Check to see if one of them is broken inside the frame bracket. IDK, but I think the bars are hollow for lightness which makes them weak. One could have cracked.
My 2000 WJ doesn't roll at all, even in a hard turn at speed. Everything is factory except for replacement links in the front, but those are OEM parts. There isn't a much more stable platform then the 2 live axle system on jeeps. I've done skid-pad tests with mine and besides loosing traction on the inside rear wheel, it still is pretty flat.
Is this a Cherokee or Grand Cherokee?
