Question Blown fuse HELP!

Long story. My 94 ZJ wouldn't start. Old battery, about 5 degree's out I figured I would jump it and go grab a battery. My wife was bored and wanted to help/learn how to jump a car. Before I knew it she had the cables hooked up. I made the mistake of not checking them. I told her what goes where and thought she had it right. She started hers and I tried mine. nothing happened, but the interior lights went bazerk (is that a word lol). I finally put 2 and 2 together and checked the cables. They were on backwards on my Jeep. So, now my Jeep wont jump or anything. I checked the fuses under the hood and 2 fuses blew. I replaced and put a new battery in and it started right up. But, my temp gauge and radio did not work. Today it hit 68 degrees out so I thought I would look into it more and change fluids etc... Well, 2 15 amp fuses were blown in the fuse box inside the Jeep. I replaced them. still no temp gauge or radio. I checked again and one keeps blowing. Its in the #23 spot I think.

Questions

1. I lost my Chilton book. Where can I get a fuse diagram online?
2. Is the #23 spot the radio? the temp gauge? or neither?
3. since one fuse is blowing and 2 things stopped working are both the gauge and radio on the same fuse? I dont think so, but what else could it be?
4. If it is the radio or the gauge how do I fix the problem?
5. if its neither then what is causing them to not work and what fuse is blowing?

Sorry so long and so many questions, but I know NOTHING about electrical issues! If you read the whole thing and have some advice I thank you very much for your time.

what might of happened was when you put the j cables on backwards u probably blew some fuses(duh) but in the process you probably might of warped some wires together..had this happen to me once...hopefully im wrong but if im not you probably gonna have to re-rout the whole wire to find the melted spot..
