Hi, my a/c compressor is cycling with 0.5-1sec on and 20-30sec off. This is the same if the ac button is on or off, it dont give any cold air at all. The cycling is the same if ther is cold or hot outside, why does it do this?

Short cycling is usually an indication of being low on refrigerant.
Try to look over the A/C system for leaks. When the refrigerant leaks out, it takes oil with it, and there might even be flourescent green dye in the system too. So look for oil dampness and possible green dye traces on the a/c lines and compressor. Common leak areas are at the line connections, where the rubber line crimps to the metal tubes or the front of the compressor.
